The production line is a set of sanitary glaze automation lines with independent intellectual property rights of Greatoo for Chaozhou ceramics enterprise to improve the production efficiency of sanitary glaze, ensure the quality of glaze and solve the employment problem of customer. The glaze robot is the core, and the spray glaze automatic conveying line body is used to realize the solution of the bathroom glazing automation. The production line realizes the whole process of spraying glaze including the dike pipe, the hydrosphere, the inner and outer surfaces, and adopts the flexible production mode of multi-robot cooperation, integrating multiple processes such as feeding, fettling, dusting, watering, glazing, cutting, tooling cleaning, etc., to achieve seamless cohesion. The robotic glaze trajectory program is taught by the joint arm, combined with the positioner and the double-station design, to realize the 360-degree automatic glaze, the whole process of RFID automatic identification and tracking. In addition, the unique spray gun fixture design and the process glazing method can realize the glaze of the workpiece with many curved surfaces and complicated structure, as well as the automatic glaze of the whole process. The robot can accurately store and process the collected trajectory to ensure the consistency and uniformity of the glaze products.
The technology involved in this automated line has won 4 national utility model patents. The use of robots in the ceramic industry for production can greatly reduce the labor intensity of employees, improve the working environment, and improve the quality and efficiency of spray glaze. After visiting the production line, the participants drove to Greatoo Zhanqian Road factory and continued to visit the robotic automated production line workshop and robot exhibition hall.
