In the 2nd International Robotics and  Robotics and Intelligent Equipment Industry Conference and Exhibition, Greatoo’s exhibition stand attracted a large number of visitors.

(Reporter:Cai Zeqing)   The 2nd International Robotics and Intelligent Equipment Industry Conference and Exhibition was held in Foshan by International Robotics and Intelligent Equipment Industry  Alliance, Asian Manufacturing Association. Greatoo, a representative intelligent manufacturing enterprise, and over 100 top robots enterprises from all over the world participated in the conference, showing all kinds of new intelligent equipment and solutions, which greatly attracted domestic and foreign experts, audience and media.

On the morning of September 10, Li Yi, a member of member of the national committee of CPPCC, deputy director of the economic committee of CPPCC, the original minister of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the director of China Federation of Industrial Economics, accompanied by Wu Chaozhong, the chairman of the board, visited Greatoo’s exhibition stand and thought highly of Greatoo’s RV reducers and 6-degree robots. He thought that these products showed the advancement of domestic industrial robots.

Dr. Bernhard Thies,the vice-chairman of International Robotics and Intelligent Equipment Industry Alliance who paid special attention to Greatoo, visited Greatoo’s exhibition again. He praised that Greatoo made rapid progress in technology when he saw the company’s many new technologies and apps.

In this exhibition, over 100 top robots enterprises from all over the world attended the exhibition with Greatoo, attracting many traditional manufacturing enterprises to find suitable application solutions. However, many middle and small-sized enterprises were worried because they had to invest a lot in purchasing robots and met the problem of capital shortage. In order to motivate traditional manufacturers to use robots instead of manpower, Greatoo actively expanded the market application of robots. At the same time, the company offer leasing transaction so that customers can rent robots in their production lines and reduce capital pressure, which greatly attracted many enterprises’ attention.

Since the development of robotic industry, Greatoo continued to establish the research platform and industrial platform of industrial robots. It was authorized to establish “Equipment Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering Laboratory” where the company carries out the researches of intelligent equipment and technology application. Now, the company has invented a series of light-weight and heavy-weight industrial robots weighting 20kg, 50kg, 100kg, 200kg, 300kg and 500kg, developing serialization products and solutions, which has endowed the company with the ability of lot manufacturing and competitive advantages in market. Robotics products are mainly applied in the processing of 3C products (mobile phones, tablet PC, etc.) and the manufacturing of tires.

The company’s annual report in the first half of 2015 shows that the new intelligent equipment has become the company’s new growth point, making revenues of 25.2868 million, an increase of 1154.32% compared with the same period in last year. What’s more, new intelligent equipment has become the company’s third largest business besides for tire molds and high precision hydraulic curing press.

Many forums under the theme of “Welcoming the Time 2.0 of Robotic industries were held. Wu was invited as a special guest to make a speech under the theme of “How to Combine Industrial Robots and Market Application”.

It’s estimated that about 71, 000 attended this exhibition, 80% special audience on the opening day. Greatoo showed stacking production line, automation unite of drilling and tapping machine, simulation of the automatic feeding and blanking production line of machine tools, production line with automatic switchover of tire fixture, forging and stamping automation line, which attracted a large number of audience. Up to the publication of this news, over 80 enterprises have consultations and discussions with Greatoo and many mainstream media in the country came to interview and report Greatoo.
